The updates effected
to the multilingual editor are listed in this page.
The updates relate to minor
improvements or enhancements to the Editor application as well as changes
to the support files to provide better rendering of text or incorporate
new conjuncts.
The files provided here should
replace those in the previous versions. The first version (Sept. 2001)
should now be considered obsolete. Please download the more recent version
from this site and install the same. The updates given here may then be
used to effect the changes to the software.
The .tab files should
replace the corresponding files in the "Font Tables" folder within the
directory were the editor was installed. Please note that there will
a .tab file for each script in the "Language Files" folder as well. This
will be a file of fixed size (4 KB) and this .tab file should not be updated.
The .tab files to be updated will all be in excess of 200 Kilobytes.
There is no automatic way
to update the files. You will have to do the same manually by copying the
files to the appropriate folders and in the process, overwrite the older
file.

Download and replace
the corresponding file in the directory where the editor was installed. (The download is kept as a zip file. Please unzip the same to get the .exe file.)
Font Table Files
Download the new
.tab file and replace the older file in the "Font Tables" folder.
